  All the staff were great ! Especially Kerry! She was so knowledgeable and fantastic with my 11 year old who was buying his first bearded dragon. Couldn't have been more impressed with the cleanliness of the store and how healthy everything looked.

  I have been to Fish Haven so many times, and enjoyed my stay every single time. The people there are always friendly, and tell you what you need to do with the animals they have stocked. Which, by the way, is a huge variety of Fish, Reptiles and Amphibians, as well as the newly added Ants and Arachnids. The fish tanks are well-maintained, and the animals are kept as healthy as possible. Even if you're not looking for animals, the staff provide an abundance of accessories to keep the animals happy and healthy, whilst giving support to people who require it. Honestly, each time I go, I wish I did not have to leave. I will continue going, and plan to buy a reptile from them in the weeks following.

  Was having so much trouble with my tank water as I'm only new with all this and tell you what best customer service they helped me through it all and explained what was happening and how I can fix it even wrote it all down for me on what to do. So much knowledge 10/10 will definitely be back again. Thank you so much

  WE BROUGHT OSCAR FISH FOR $150- ONLY TO FIND OUT POOR THING HAS FIN AND TAIL ROT DISEASE! WE HAVE PHOTOS OF THE OSCAR IN THERE TANK (FISH HAVEN) WHEN WE BROUGHT HIM. we were new to the Oscar fish and did not know what to look for when i comes to diseases till now.

  As an interstate customer I can say these guys have been fantastic to deal with. Kerry was super nice and went above and beyond. Our pet was delivered in one day, in perfect condition and exceeded expectation! Will DEFINITELY be ordering again. THANKS!!!!!
