  When they moved my stuff in, I thought I had planned where I wanted everything to go, but it didn't always work where I put it. Darren and Josh were patient and kept shifting things until it was in the best place. They had good advice.

  We highly recommend these guys! We were able to book them at short notice, they arrived on time, worked hard and put extra care and effort to fit our stuff in storage.

  They wrapped each item of furniture separately in the truck. They didn't leave one scuff mark on doors or floors or walls. They even took apart larger items like hutches. It's scary when you see a guy get out his toolkit, but everything went back together as if it had never been touched.

  When I called the office staff they gave very clear details about hours and costs. I arranged a move then had to call back to change the date and they couldn't have been more helpful.

  My movers were Darren Russell and his offsider Josh. They arrived on time, and while I was still showing Darren everything, Josh had already got started. They worked fast and efficiently and only stopped for a short morning tea break and lunch. They were on the go the whole of the rest of the time.

  Slow to return calls. Furniture and items damaged in transit, as well as the property we moved from. In addition to money being stolen from the house. Would not recommend, unless you are there to observe every step of the way and don't expect to be reimbursed for damages as you should be. We were reimbursed for some, but not all things. The driver's boss was agressive to deal with, and were constantly waiting to have our calls and emails returned. Overall I am not satisfied, and would not recommend.

  I had accidentally left my emergency cash under a saucer and all they did was warn me about it. I guess I had an opposite experience to the reviewer above.
